Please read terms & conditions carefully before using Grasp A Deal website. By accessing the graspadeal.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and acknowledge that it constitutes an agreement between you and the company.

Services Overview

For the registration process on the site, Grasp A Deal may collect the following information about you: your name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, postal code etc. 

Transactions may be subject to a delivery charge where the minimum order size is not met. You will be informed of such delivery charge at the stage of check-out.

Eligibility

People who are incompetent to contract, including minors, are not eligible to use/access the site.

If you are a minor, i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use/access the site under the supervision of an adult, parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you, if they are registered users.

If you are under the age 18 years, you are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited.

License & Access

Grasp A Deal grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with a written consent from Grasp A Deal. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents.

Any collection and use of any product listings/descriptions/prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Grasp A Deal.

You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Site or of Grasp A Deal and its affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising the site’s or Grasp A Deal’s name or trademarks without the a written consent from Grasp A Deal. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Grasp A Deal.

Account & Registration Obligations

All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the site. You have to keep your account and registration details updated and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the Grasp A Deal customer Care.

Pricing

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

Grasp A Deal will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the duty to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

Live Order

A customer is eligible to place 3 live orders. You can't place another order if the previous orders are still active.

Discount Coupon & Promo Code

The company at its discretion, may offer the user, promotional codes or coupons entitling you to encash the applicable value of codes/coupons.

Discount coupons are meant for one time use/for one customer (herein customer refers to one address or one mobile number). Multiple orders with same discount coupon on the same mobile number will be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

Our team will insure your order is processed as quickly as possible. Your package will be dispatched and delivered within 2-8 working days. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and any national holidays. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the delivery date maybe affected by weather conditions or other external factors. 

Cancel Order 

Customer can contact our customer care in case you wish to cancel the order. On receiving the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

• If Order is packed & ready to dispatch, cancellation charges Rs.100/- shall be applicable.
• If any transaction which is done, is violating the terms and conditions, or showcases any kind of fraud, or in any other case is deemed fit by Grasp A Deal, then Grasp A Deal has the right to cancel the order.

Return/Refund

Grasp A Deal shall not entertain any RETURN/REFUND complaints after 5 days of delivery for all the items.

PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE OF AN OPEN PACKAGING, THE CUSTOMER MUST NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND RETURN IT TO THE DELIVERY PERSON. IF THE PACKAGE IS ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER, IT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND. 

Grasp A Deal shall exchange/refund as per subject. 

Refund will be initiated within 72 hours AFTER the product is received back by Grasp A Deal (if the product fulfils the following conditions) :

• ONLY IF the product is unused and is returned in proper packaging.
• ONLY IF no damage has been caused to the product.

Usage/redemption of Customer Account Cashback will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

Grasp A Deal Voucher can be used only for making a purchase on the Grasp A Deal Super Store. These cannot be transferred to a bank account.

The Voucher needs to be redeemed within 90 days from the day it is credited to Customer. Post that, the voucher will expire. The voucher can only be used one time. 

GST Invoice:

Offered rates DO NOT include GST / GST is NOT included in the given rates and will be separately added while the customer is checking out. 

Grasp A Deal assures you that you will receive all the GST benefits.

Agree and Confirm

If the product is not delivered/delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination, due to customer's mistake (e.g. providing the wrong name or address or other incorrect/misleading information), any additional costs incurred by the company for re-delivery of the product(s) shall be borne by the customer.

Customer will provide authentic and true information in all instances. Grasp A Deal reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.

If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true, Grasp A Deal has right, in its sole discretion, to reject the registration and debar you from using its services and other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

Before placing an order, the customer will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

Strictly prohibited 

• Disseminating any harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

• Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems.

• Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the site.

• Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the Grasp A Deal.

Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

GraspaDeal may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the Website without any prior notification to user.

User can access the latest version of these Terms & Conditions at any given time on the site.

User should regularly review the Terms & Conditions of the Site.

In the event where the modified Terms & Conditions are not acceptable to user, he/she should discontinue using the services. However, if user continues to use the services, it will be considered that they have accepted the modified Terms & Conditions of use of this site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Disclaimers

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, it is assumed that consumer has read all the related conditions, shipping policy, cancellation and returns, coupon policy etc. of the website and has agreed with them.

If Grasp A Deal does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms & Conditions, Grasp A Deal will be entitled to recover from you, and you will be in a position to pay all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of such action. 

Feedback & Complaint

All feedback, complaint and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered on Grasp A Deal or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with use of Grasp A Deal shall be and remain the property of the company. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any comments shall constitute an assignment to the company of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the comments. Thus, the Company shall exclusively own all such rights, titles and interests in the comments and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise.

Trademark

Grasp A Deal, its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials, which appear on this site. Access to this website does not conform and shall not be considered as confirming upon anyone any license under any of Grasp A Deal or any third party's intellectual property rights. All rights, in this website are owned by Grasp A Deal. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Grasp A Deal. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Grasp A Deal, its employees, directors, officers, agents, their successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Grasp A Deal or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Termination

This User Agreement is effective until and unless terminated by either you or Grasp A Deal. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this site. Grasp A Deal may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site. Such termination will be without any liability to Grasp A Deal. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or Grasp A Deal, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. Grasp A Deal's right to any comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the website or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.
